If you are sponsoring or hosting an event, the event facility will require a certificate of insurance naming them as an additional Insured. Summary of Coverage

Per Event Limits:

• $2,000,000 - Aggregate (total limit for the duration of the event)
• $2,000,000 - Products/completed operations
• $1,000,000 - Personal & advertising injury
• $1,000,000 - Each occurrence
• $  100,000 - Fire damage & property damage to leased premises

Per event aggregate:

• $2,000,000

Also:

• Contractual liability provided
• The facility can be named as an additional insured at no extra cost
• Multiple additional insureds can be added for $154 each in premium
• Host liquor liability provided (those not in the business of serving and selling)
  Commercial liquor liability is available at an additional premium charge - cost varies per state.
• Volunteers as additional insureds.
• Set up and take down (day before & day after).
• TRIA terrorism coverage, as stated in the TRIA act of 2002.

Exclusion:

• Athletic participants (We have an alternative program available for this exposure, pleas ask)
• Collapse exclusion (tents)
• Pyrotechnics & explosives
• Amusement devices, rides
• Inter-company liability suits
• Field of entertainment limitation (Entertainer's slander exclusion)
• Asbestos
• No fault medical payments
